Welcome to our Travel Journal!

 

This Journal has been set up to document our two year career break starting 1st June 2015, when we will be heading off round Europe in our 25 year old Talbot Highwayman motor home, AKA "Shadow".

 

We started this website on 20th July 2014 having decided to sell our home and most of our belongings, leave our jobs and see all that Europe has to offer. We will try and update this as often as we can with details of our plans, progression and, of course, the journey itself.

 

Neither of us have any prior experience of blogging or of living in a motor home, so please bear with us as the site is likely to undergo a number of changes along the way while we figure out just what the hell we are doing.
